
One of my kids has a friend in culinary school. We benefit every now and again when he stops by with food. I barely saved these four cookies so I could get a picture of them. They would rival any Pepperidge Farm cookie. These have (or I should say had since I’ve eaten them already) a light crispy shell with a cream or custard filling. Somehow the chef in training managed to keep the filling soft without making the outer shell soggy. Thanks Billie!
