    Thanks for this series – they’re interesting reading. I take it you don’t add to carryover positions?

    That’s correct. If a stock stays in the list for a second month we don’t adjust that position. What we do is take the total amount from the stocks that are leaving the portfolio (plus leftover cash) and divide it by the number of new stocks. At the first of this month four stocks stayed in the portfolio and six were replaces. So we simply took the total value from the six being replaced and divided than number by 6. We used the result to allocate to each new position.
